Can I order directly from this site?

We are the authorized distributor for Tecnica products in the United States and sell only to Authorized Retailers. The BUY NOW button on our web-site serves up the order to our Authorized Retailers, and they fulfill the order.

How can I return a product for warranty evaluation?

All Tecnica products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. If you would like to have your product checked out, please return it to us through an Authorized Tecnica Retailer. Please provide your receipt or date of purchase. This is the fastest way to expedite warranty service.

Where are you located?

The Tecnica USA distributor is located in W. Lebanon, New Hampshire. The Tecnica Group headquarters is in Giavera del Montello, Italy.

How can I find a specific ski boot model?

As all retailers are independently owned, we cannot track their inventories. Any Authorized Tecnica Retailer may be able to special order the product you are in search of, if they do not currently carry it. Please inquire of your nearest authorized retailer.


Tecnica USA warranty covers all manufactured defects in materials and workmanship for two years from date of purchase when bought from an Authorized Retail Dealer. The product will be repaired or replaced if approved by the Tecnica USA warranty service technicians.


Damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Damage caused by improper storage, oxidized or rusted hardware. Damage resulting from tuning machines, grinders or waxes, including solvents, cleaners and polishes. Any type of impact damage resulting in cosmetic/top edge damage, i.e. top sheet chipping.


Return your product to the Tecnica USA retailer it was originally purchased from if possible. Also bring a proof of purchase showing you are the original purchaser of the product. The retailer along with Tecnica USA will determine if the product is eligible for warranty. If so they will then obtain a return authorization number from Tecnica USA


The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost incurred to return the product to Tecnica USA. All product returned by Fed-ex, UPS overnight, 2 day or 3 day will be returned the same way. Warranty estimated turnaround time is 2 business days on replacements and 3 business days on repairs. Tecnica USA will first try to repair the product and will only replace it if it cannot be repaired. It will be replaced with an equal valued product to be determined by Tecnica USA. If that product or equal is not available we will upgrade where applicable.

Who pays for shipping and how long will it take?

You the consumer are responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to Tecnica USA. Tecnica USA will pay all shipping charges to return the product back to the Dealer. Warranty returns sent to Tecnica USA via Overnight, 2nd Day Air or Ground would be return shipped via the same method at Tecnica USA expense. Your product will be evaluated and processed within 2 business days of receiving. This does not include the shipping time, holidays, weekends or any delays due to catastrophe. Tecnica USA is not responsible for any delays incurred by the retailer.

What if I purchased my product over the internet?

Most all authorized Tecnica USA online dealers have some sort of return procedure. Check their websites for information and instructions.

I bought my product on Ebay... what now?

Unless the seller is an authorized dealer, there is no warranty. Buying Tecnica USA product on eBay? from an unauthorized dealer is like buying second hand merchandise. The warranty is for the original purchaser of the product from an authorized retailer.

What if I lost my proof of purchase or receipt?

We will determine the warranty period based on the date your product was originally manufactured.

Can I order parts direct as a consumer?

Tecnica USA does have limited ski boot spare part sales direct to consumers at this time. However, current year parts are not available. Your retailer can order parts that are replaceable on any of our products by request.

Does Tecnica USA have a repair facility?

Yes, in some cases we are able to repair certain damage or breakage.

I bought my skis in Colorado and I live in NY, what do I do?

As long as you can prove you are the original purchaser of the skis and there is a clear unquestionable defect, any Tecnica USA retailer should be able to help you have the skis returned.

What is not covered in Tecnica USA's warranty policy?

Tecnica USA is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product. Tecnica USA's warranty does not cover the following: - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear-and-tear. This includes torn plastic due to incorrect overlap or over-buckling of your boots. - Damage caused during storage. - Oxidized or rusted components, such as hardware and edges. - Damage resulting from solvents, cleaners and/or polishes. - Improper fitting or sizing of products. - Boot damage resulting from improper shell fitting or shell stretching methods (heating the plastic). Nor does it cover damage as result of improperly installed boot lift kits.
