The C.A.S. Liner, introduced in 2014 with huge success, is found in the Mach1 and Cochise collections. Never before has a stock liner fit so well out-of-the box AND provided bootfitters with as many custom fit options.

MICROCELL

The secret to its success is the dual density, pre-shaped thermoformed microcell material used in the liner.

SHAPED THERMOFORMED MATERIAL

Tecnica’s proprietary use of microcell allows us to pre-form the material to the shape of the foot which allows us to design the liners to create a fit and performance never thought possible in a stock liner.

C.A.S. TONGUE

Found on the Mach1 130 MV, the C.A.S. tongue utilizes an insert of microcell in the tongue directly above the instep. This offers a better fit in the instep and allows a bootfitter to easily increase volume in this area if needed.

HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMIZATION: QUICKLY & EASILY

The microcell material in the C.A.S. Liner allows a bootfitter the ability to quickly and easily customize the liner to any foot shape or problem area.

PUNCHING INCREASE VOLUME

Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.

GRINDING INCREASE VOLUME

Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas..

GLUING DECREASE VOLUME

Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped microcell pieces to decrease volume in problem fit areas.

HEATSTACK

The liner can be heated on a heatstack and custom formed to the foot.
